What is the application process?

Application Process: 1. Fill out an application(s) 2. Choose the address(es) you want 3. Pay application fee(s) (see application fee below) It takes us approximately 24 to 48 hours to process the application(s) and receive an answer. Please call us to find out the answer/status of your application.

Is there an application fee(s)? If so, how much is it?

We require a $25 money order (money order only, no personal checks or cash accepted) for all applicants age 18 or older that will be residing on the premises or on the lease. This application fee also applies to co-signers as well. The application fee covers the credit check fee.

Is the rent price based on monthly income?

The rent is as is, it doesn't not fluctuate with the amount of household income. We prefer the rent to only to take up 25% of your monthly household income, but in some cases we will extend it to a 35% portion. We will not accept anyone with the rent taking up more than 35% of the monthly household income.

Do you accept section 8?

Yes we accept section 8 on most of our properties. If using section 8, we need to be notified of this at time of application and need to know how much your voucher is for. If we approve you for an unit, we, Cross Management and the owners, will not turn on any utilities for the section 8 inspection.
